Compare time at work.
Using your figures.
Choose a recurring task your team handles. Enter the time it takes today, estimate a possible change, then view the result. No figures are filled in for you.
3 · Your time comparison and its assumptions
The comparison shows how your assumption would change team working time. Time freed up is capacity for other tasks and does not automatically mean cost savings. The pilot tests the actual effect; you can change any figure.
Working time freed up each month
–
For other tasks in the team. This figure covers regular handling time; it does not include additional rework.
- Your figures
- – cases per month
– minutes per case today - Your assumption
- – minutes per case with the solution
- hourly cost€ per hour

Without a known hourly cost, monetary values stay open.
Rework is optional. Without known additional time, it is not included.
Without known review and upkeep work, the net value stays open.

How working time is calculated
Worked example – not preset figures: 12 minutes per case today, 8 minutes in future, and 300 cases a month. (12 − 8) × 300 ÷ 60 = 20 hours a month. They are valued only using your known hourly cost.

You review the results with us. Then you decide: stop, expand or adjust the scope.
A pilot typically takes eight to twelve weeks. Beforehand, we define how the benefit is measured. The “Value and measurement” workshop is part of it.
You do not have to disclose revenue, margin or profit. You keep approval and control.
