Pilot project

A limited start under real conditions. We check the baseline, data quality and scope of action.

The entry point for TalkToKnowledge. Together we check which questions can be answered with evidence. You choose a task and approved sources. The result is an overview:

- Where knowledge is missing.
- Which sources to maintain first.

Workshop
On site or by video
Our formats take you from the first overview to ongoing operations. Every format ends with a tangible result, usable even without a follow-on engagement.
- One and a half hours to one day, depending on the format.
- In English or German.
- You receive the results document within five working days.
What is worked out in the workshop stays with you.
