How are revenues divided between us?
That depends on the respective contribution margin of the project. In any case, each potential project is calculated in advance and an allocation key is proposed.
Is there territorial or customer protection?
We do not assign regions or territories, but we do offer customer protection in the sense of ‘first touch’ (existing communication with the customer via Overmind).
What does it cost to get started – and are there any minimum commitments?
Cooperation with Overmind costs nothing; in fact, it enables cooperation partners to implement free JumpStarts for their customers. If the jointly generated annual turnover is less than £50,000 (euros), there is a need for discussion.
Who will handle support and escalations after go-live?
Overmind provides support for technical questions, while the cooperation partner is the point of contact for other project-related questions at the customer’s site.
How long does it realistically take from the first lead to the signed contract?
On average, and with close contact between the cooperation partners and their customers, the implementation of a JumpStart takes a few days on average. Subsequent fee-based projects are to be developed jointly and cannot be generalised.
What happens if a JumpStart project fails or the customer cancels after two weeks?
Overmind bears the financial risk for JumpStart projects. Any additional costs incurred must be discussed between Overmind and its cooperation partners.
How do you attribute leads when a customer comes in via multiple touchpoints?
As a general rule, ‘first touch’ applies with regard to exclusivity and lead attribution.
